Australian Orders
All Australian orders are mostly shipped with Australia Post, using their standard eParcel or Express eParcel services. At our discretion, we can use other suitable carriers like Couriers Please, FedEx, TNT, Aramex and more.
International Orders
For international orders, we use Australia Post International or DHL Express, at our discretion based on destination, size, and availability. The carrier used may change without prior notice.
📦 We do not currently use FedEx for international orders, though this may change.
Signature on Delivery
All Zoomlite orders — domestic and international — require a signature on delivery unless you specifically request authority to leave at the time of placing your order.
If you miss a delivery, your parcel will be held at your nearest Australia Post outlet or the relevant carriers collection point, or DHL service point depending on the carrier used.
Delivery Addresses
We can ship to street addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags, and most locations serviced by Australia Post within Australia. For international orders, we deliver to wherever our carrier services. There can be additional charges when shipping larger boxed items to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers. These are some limitations imposed on us by our carriers and are beyond our control.
ℹ We do not deliver ourselves — all fulfilment is handled by our carrier partners once your order leaves our Braeside fulfillment centre.
