What Express Shipping means
- Your order is prioritised for picking and packing ahead of standard orders.
- Sent via Australia Post Express eParcel — the fastest available Australia Post service.
- Express orders placed before 11:00 AM AEST (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are prioritised for same-day dispatch.
Important: Express Shipping is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Express Shipping upgrades the handling priority and transport route—it does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or by a specific time.
Approximately 1 in 20 express parcels experiences a delay beyond the estimated timeframe, which is outside our control.
Delays are more likely during peak periods (Christmas, Easter) and during extreme weather events.
Signature on Delivery
A signature is required on delivery for all orders, including Express Shipping. If you miss the delivery, Australia Post will hold your parcel at your nearest post office or parcel locker.
