Shipping Costs within Australia
Standard Shipping: AU$10 for orders under AU$94.99, and free for orders AU$95 and over (excluding suitcases).
Express Shipping: AU$10 for orders weighing upto 3 kgs, $15 for orders over 3kg (excluding suitcases)
AU$20 for Carry-on suitcases, AU$30 for Medium and Large Check-in suitcases
Shipping costs to New Zealand
International Post: Orders to New Zealand are sent by Australia Post (Express service), leaving Melbourne within 1-2 business days. The expected transit time is 3 to 7 business days. Orders placed after midday (Melbourne time) will leave the next business day. These parcels are delivered within New Zealand by NZ Post.
We offer Express shipping to New Zealand with a transit time of 1-3 business days (except for remote locations), using DHL Express or a similar service. This is available at checkout at an additional cost starting at NZ$20.

Shipping costs to the Rest of the world
International Post: AU$25 for orders upto 1.99 kgs, AU$35 for orders 2 kgs to 10 kgs (excluding luggage).
DHL Express: AU$35 for orders upto 1.99 kgs, AU$45 for orders 2 kgs to 10 kgs (excluding luggage).
Suitcases cannot be shipped to countries other than Australia and New Zealand due to their physical size.
However, they can be shipped with FedEx or DHL at an additional cost starting AU $175 per case.
