- Once received, we’ll email you to confirm whether you’d like it re-shipped or refunded.
- If the address provided was incorrect or undeliverable, you may need to cover the new shipping cost.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method if you prefer not to resend.
- If requesting a refund now, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
