My order was returned due to a delivery issue — what should I do?

If your order was returned to us due to a delivery issue, we’ll contact you once it's back at our warehouse.

📦 What happens next:

  • Once received, we’ll email you to confirm whether you’d like it re-shipped or refunded.
  • If the address provided was incorrect or undeliverable, you may need to cover the new shipping cost.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method if you prefer not to resend.
  • If requesting a refund now, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Email help@zoomlite.com.au with your order number if you haven’t heard from us within 3 business days after tracking shows Returned to Sender.
