At Zoomlite, we offer a couple of return options depending on the nature of the return. Here’s what you need to know:
Change-of-Mind Returns
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not currently offer free return shipping for these cases. However, we do provide flexibility in how you can return your items:
- Self Shipping: Customers can choose their preferred courier or postal service to send the item back to us.
- Drop-Offs: If convenient, you are welcome to drop off the return at our Melbourne fulfilment centre - contact us via email for details
Please include your order information and the reason for return with the returned item to facilitate a smooth return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us via email for details. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly and efficiently.
