Steps to Exchange Your Product
To exchange your Zoomlite product, please follow these simple steps:
- Access the Returns Portal: Visit our Zoomlite returns portal. You will need your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.
- Exchange Timeframe: Ensure that your exchange request is made within 30 days of purchase. This timeframe may be different for some products.
- Product Condition: The item you wish to exchange must be unused with tags attached and in its original packaging.
- Processing the Exchange: Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship your new item. Please note that reshipping charges will apply if the exchange order is under the free shipping threshold.
