How are refunds calculated for bundle deals or promotional offers?
When you return part of a bundle or promotional offer, we recalculate your order based on the items you're keeping. The difference between what you originally paid and the recalculated total is your refund.
How it works:
- We look at the items you're keeping
- If they still qualify for bundle or promotional pricing, that discount is applied
- If they no longer qualify (e.g., you're now keeping fewer items than required for the bundle discount), they're priced at full retail
- Your refund is the difference between what you paid and the new total
Example 1 — Still qualifies for bundle pricing:
You purchase 9 packing cubes through our "Build Your Own Bundle" offer, which gives a discount when you buy 6 or more. You want to return 2 cubes.
- You're keeping 7 cubes, which still qualifies for the bundle discount
- Your order is recalculated at the discounted bundle pricing for 7 cubes
- Your refund is the difference between your original payment and the new total
Example 2 — No longer qualifies for bundle pricing:
You purchase 6 packing cubes through the same bundle offer. You want to return 3 cubes.
- You're keeping 3 cubes, which no longer meets the minimum of 6 for the bundle discount
- Your order is recalculated at full retail price for 3 cubes
- If the full retail price of 3 cubes equals or exceeds what you originally paid for 6, no refund will be issued
