Our team is taking a well-earned break over the holiday season. Here's what you need to know.

Key Dates

• Last shipping day before Christmas: Friday, 18 December 2026 (orders must be placed by 12:00 PM AEDT)
• Holiday shutdown: Friday, 18 December 2026 – Sunday, 3 January 2027
• Normal shipping resumes: Monday, 4 January 2027

Limited Shipping During the Break

We'll be processing a limited number of orders on 29 December 2026 only.

Important: If your order is urgent, we cannot guarantee dispatch on this date.

Placing Orders

You're welcome to place orders throughout the holiday period. We'll ship your order as soon as we're back, prioritising orders in the order they were received.

January Turnaround

Please allow 3–4 business days for dispatch in early January while we work through the holiday backlog.
