Our team is taking a well-earned break over the holiday season. Here's what you need to know:
Key Dates
Last shipping day before Christmas: Friday 19th December 2025 (orders must be placed by 12 pm AEDT)
Holiday shutdown: Friday 19th December 2025 – Sunday 4th January 2026
Normal shipping resumes: Monday, 5th January 2026
Limited Shipping During the Break
We'll be processing a small number of orders on 29th December and 2nd January only. If your order is urgent, please note we cannot guarantee dispatch on these dates.
Placing Orders
You're welcome to order throughout the holiday period. We'll ship your order as soon as we're back, prioritising in the order received.
January Turnaround
Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch in early January as we work through the backlog.
