Express orders placed before 11 AM AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are prioritised for same-day dispatch from our Braeside, VIC fulfilment centre.
Express orders placed after 11 AM AEST will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
Non Express (standard) orders are processed within 2 business days.
What "dispatch" means
Dispatch means your order has left our fulfilment centre and is with our shipping partner. Once dispatched, a tracking email is sent to you automatically.
💡 Dispatch is when your order leaves us — delivery timeframes are then estimated by the shipping partner and are not guaranteed.

Express is not a guaranteed delivery date
Express shipping upgrades the handling priority and transport route - it does not guarantee delivery on a specific date or by a specific time. Approximately 1 in 20 express parcels experiences a delay beyond the estimated timeframe, which is outside our control.
Delays are more likely during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter) and during extreme weather events.
