How it works
- Orders to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and Locked Bags are generally sent via Australia Post, as they service these delivery locations across Australia.
- A signature is required on delivery for all orders. For PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, Australia Post will send a digital notification and hold your parcel at the nominated outlet for collection.
- For larger items, such as suitcases, a street address may be more practical. Please ensure your parcel locker can accommodate larger parcels before selecting this delivery option.
International orders
For international deliveries, we ship via Australia Post International or DHL Express. Delivery to PO Boxes internationally varies depending on the destination country and the carrier's policies.
💡 Tip: Always double-check your delivery address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.
