A preorder lets you reserve an item that is currently out of stock, ensuring you receive it as soon as it's back in stock. This system operates on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing you to secure your spot in line for high-demand products.
How Preorders Work at Zoomlite
Availability
You will find products with specific colours or variants available for immediate purchase, while others are marked as preorder. The product page will clearly indicate which options are ready for shipment and which are available for preorder, helping you make informed purchasing decisions.
Estimated Ship Date
Each preorder item will display an estimated ship date. This date signifies when we will begin dispatching the items in the preorder queue. It's important to note that express shipping options will be prioritised and moved to the front of the dispatch queue once the stock arrives.
Order Management
To optimise your shopping experience, consider the following options:
- Separate Orders: If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately and preorder items later, we recommend placing separate orders. This ensures that your available items are shipped without delay.
- Combined Orders: If you choose to place a single order that includes both in-stock and preorder items, please note that all items will ship together once the last preorder item is ready. This approach may result in a longer wait time for your entire order.
Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment's progress and anticipate its arrival.
