Why Your Order May Arrive in Multiple Packages

There are several reasons why your order from Zoomlite may arrive in separate packages:

  • Product Availability: At times, certain items from your order may be shipped on different dates due to stock availability. This can result in your order being split into multiple shipments to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.
  • Package Fit: Sometimes some items cannot be combined into one package, so your tracking link will show multiple items, ensure you select the other items in the dropdown box to view the updates. Not all items need to be delivered to you at the same time.
What to Do If Your Order Arrives in Multiple Packages

If you notice that your order has been split into different shipments, here are the steps you can follow:

  • Review Your Tracking Details: Each package will have its own tracking number. Please check your tracking information, which should indicate the status and expected delivery date of each package.
  • Be Patient with In-Transit Packages: If a package is still on its way, rest assured it will arrive shortly after the first one. Shipping times may vary slightly due to differences in processing at our facilities.
  • Contact Us for Missing Items: If you find that an item is missing and not accounted for in your tracking details, please reach out to us. Email our customer service team at help@zoomlite.com.au with your order number for assistance.
