What warranty does Zoomlite offer on its products?

Zoomlite Warranty - Overview

All Zoomlite products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Suitcases can have a longer manufacturer's warranty period.

What is covered
Our warranty covers faults that are present from manufacture - things that went wrong in production, not through use.

Bags and accessories:
·         Structural failures (frames, internal supports, carry handles) - when new or very lightly used
·         Hardware failures (buckles, clasps, D-rings) - when clearly a production fault
·         Stitching and seam failures -when present from new or after minimal use
·         Zippers - covered if the fault is a manufacturing defect (e.g. a faulty slider from new). Zipper issues caused by forcing, overpacking, or snagging are not covered under warranty as these are considered consumer-side damage.
·         USB charging ports or tech features - if non-functional from the time of receipt (dead on arrival)

Luggage (suitcases and carry-ons):
·         Wheels - covered if a manufacturing defect causes failure (e.g. a wheel pin failure with no evidence of external impact)
·         Telescoping handles - covered if they fail to extend or retract correctly on a new or lightly used product
·         Frame and shell - covered for structural failures not caused by external impact or airline damage
·         Zippers - same conditions as above

What is not covered
·         Damage caused by airlines, baggage handlers, or transit (contact your airline or travel insurer)
·         External impact damage to shells or corners
·         Wear and tear from regular use over time
·         Zippers damaged by forcing, overfilling, or snagging
·         Products used beyond their intended purpose
·         Products outside the 12-month warranty period (may still be assessed case-by-case)
