- Order Confirmation Email: The email you receive confirming your order serves as your warranty activation. We recommend keeping this email for your records, but rest assured that we have this information on file as well.
Making a Warranty Claim
If you ever need to make a warranty claim, the process is straightforward:
- Gather the following information:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
- Send an email to help@zoomlite.com.au with the above information.
- Our customer service team will review your claim and respond with further instructions.
Gifted Items
If you received a Zoomlite product as a gift, you're still covered by our warranty. Here's what to do:
- Contact the person who gave you the gift and ask for the order number or the email address used to place the order.
