What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty is designed to give you peace of mind by covering specific issues that may arise due to production faults. Here's what is included:
- Wheels: If you experience any problems with the wheels of your luggage that are due to manufacturing defects, we’ve got you covered.
- Handles: Should you encounter any issues with the handles that stem from production errors, our warranty will take care of it.
- Zippers: We ensure that the zippers on our luggage are built to last. If they fail due to a production fault, we will address the issue under our warranty.
What Isn’t Covered?
While our warranty is comprehensive, it does not cover damage caused by airlines, misuse or mishandling, or normal wear and tear. We understand that such situations can be frustrating, and while they fall outside the scope of our warranty, we are more than willing to assist you with guidance on repairs.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
