Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by following these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: As soon as you decide to cancel your order, please email us at help@zoomlite.com.au. This will ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.
  2. Include Your Order Number: To expedite the cancellation process, include your order number in the subject line of your email. This helps us locate your order quickly and efficiently. To help expedite your request, please also share the date, time and order amount.
After Shipment

If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. However, you are welcome to return the items once you receive them, in accordance with our What is Zoomlite’s change-of-mind and returns policy?.
