If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please take the following steps:

Requesting Your Invoice
If you're unable to locate your order confirmation email or access the invoice download option, don't worry. You can easily request your invoice by contacting our customer service team. Here's what you need to do:
- Send an email to help@zoomlite.com.au
- Include the following information in your email:
- Order number and/or reference number
- Order date
- Order amount
- List of ordered items
- Delivery suburb and postcode
- Any relevant screenshots (if applicable)
Our team will process your request and provide you with the necessary invoice as quickly as possible.
